1.1 Product Introduction
Horizontal fixed conveyor is a general purpose belt conveyor, which can be used in chemical, metallurgy, coal, hydropower, building materials and other sectors to transport various bulk, granular and other bulk shapes with a bulk density of 0.5~2.5t/m3 Materials, and can also convey finished objects.
The belt conveyor has two types (fixed & mobile) according to its support structure: according to the conveyor belt material, there are rubber belts, PVC belts and steel core belts. The working environment temperature of the conveyor is generally between -15℃--+40℃, and the material temperature should not exceed 80~100℃;
The heat-resistant rubber belt can transport high-temperature materials below 120°C. When the material temperature is higher, the belt conveyor is not suitable. When transporting materials with acidic, alkaline oils and organic solvents, oil-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant rubber belt plastic belts are required.The width of TD75 belt conveyor can be divided into: 500~2400mm. The user can calculate the layout of the conveyor and the selected belt width, canvas layer number and thickness of the belt according to the conveying length of the belt conveyor, the type of material, the bulk density, the conveying volume, the conveying length and other factors.
1.2 basic structure
Compared with other bulk material transportation methods, TD75 fixed belt conveyor has the following structure:
1. Drive part: The drive device is composed of a drive frame, a motor, a high-speed coupling, a reducer, and a reduction coupling. According to the layout requirements: the drive device has two types: left-mounted and right-mounted.
2. Rolling part: It is divided into two categories: drive roller and reversing roller.
3. Pulley part: It is divided into two: drive pulley and Tail pulley.
4.Roller part: carrier, parallel, self-aligning and buffer rollers, etc.
5. Cleaning part: divided into spring cleaner and empty section cleaner.
6. Unloading part: It is divided into fixed plow unloader and electric unloader.
7. Braking part: There are two kinds of belt backstop and roller backstop.
8. Accessories: the cover, guide trough, funnel, etc.
