The high temperature resistant conveyor belt is mainly used to transport high temperature materials, such as sintered ore, hot coke, cement clinker, hot castings, etc. According to the main performance of heat-resistant belt damage and loss of conveying capacity and different heat-resistant grades, EPDM or styrene butadiene rubber is used as cover rubber; high-strength and high-permeability polyester canvas or cotton canvas is used as the strong layer. Heat-resistant glass cloth can be supplemented between the cover rubber and the frame layer to increase the service life of the heat-resistant belt. According to user requirements, it can be made into an endless belt.
The physical and mechanical properties of the heat-resistant belt covering layer after the heat-resistant test meet the requirements of the following table:
T1: Can withstand test temperature not greater than 100℃
T2: can withstand test temperature not greater than 125℃
T3: can withstand test temperature not greater than 150℃
T4: can withstand test temperature not greater than 175℃
