1.1Product Introduction

The structural feature of the triple roller group is that the rollers are flexibly connected. The roller group can be hooked to rigid racks such as channel steel and steel pipes through the gripper, and it can also be hooked to the flexible rack of steel wire ropes. The gripper can be rigid or flexible, and its structure is different, and its arcing characteristics are also different. The supporting roller is generally three to five sections. The more sections, the better the flexibility and the better the arcing.

Features: 

(1)Has a strong neutrality. The supporting rollers of the hanging roller group are flexibly connected. In the case of misalignment of the blanking center of the belt conveyor or the difference in height between the two sides of the frame, the conveyor belt and the materials on it are under the action of their own gravity. It can be automatically returned to the center line of the conveyor. And the more the number of roller sections and the larger the groove angle in the roller group, the better the centering effect.

(2)Has good impact resistance. The supporting rollers of the hanging roller group are flexibly connected, and the relative position between the supporting rollers is variable, and it is easy to absorb the impact of large materials and the inevitable mechanical vibration, and is suitable for conveying large materials.

(3)It has the characteristics of reducing noise. Because it has the characteristics of absorbing mechanical vibration and shock, it reduces the conveying noise.

(4)It has the characteristics of quick disassembly and installation. The connection with the middle frame (whether rigid or flexible) is all hooking, so it is convenient to disassemble and is more suitable for installation and use in a narrow tunnel space. 

(5)High conveying capacity. There is a limit value for the camber angle of the conveyor belt. For conveyors with large conveying capacity, the installation inclination angle of the roller set of the fixed belt conveyor generally cannot exceed 45°, and the five-section hanging roller set is used, and the rollers are tilted twice, and the total tilt can reach Above 60°. Compared with the fixed roller group, the hanging roller group with the same bandwidth has a greatly increased load-bearing capacity.
