1.1Production Introduction

      Conveyor belt is the main part of belt conveyor, which plays the role of carrying materials. It is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, docks, mining and other industries.

      Compared with other modes of transportation, the use of conveyor belts as transportation carriers has the advantages of safe operation, convenient use, easy maintenance, low freight, continuity, and shortening of transportation distances. Within a certain range, it has become a substitute for road and railway transportation.

The conveyor belt is suitable for conveying bulk, granular, and powdery materials at room temperature without special corrosiveness under general conditions.

The strong layer is high-quality heavy-duty cotton canvas or vinyl or polyester cotton canvas.

2、Full thickness tensile properties：
a、The longitudinal tensile strength of the belt is not less than the following nominal value：160、200、250、315、400、500、600、630、800N/mm
b、The longitudinal elongation at break of the full thickness of the belt is not less than 10%. The longitudinal reference force elongation of the full thickness of the belt should not be greater than 4%.

c、Straightness: not more than 25mm

d、Adhesive strength between layers：

According to user requirements, it can be made into an endless belt, and the covering rubber can be made into patterns such as pits, herringbone, and horizontal stripes.
