Product selection: The diameter of the drive drum is 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1400, 1600, 1800mm etc, suitable for material conveying equipment with various widths of 500mm-2400mm.
Yilun drum is directly made of large seamless steel tubes: the flame cutting machine is used for precise cutting, the eternal professional drum welding machine is used to weld the inner disk of the drum, and the positioner is used to weld the drum sleeve and the disk. Large lathe is used to process the outer circle of the drum, and the wall thickness is uniform and the radial runout is small. Choose 45# round steel and shaft sleeve, and the shaft is processed to ensure the concentricity of the shaft and reduce the eccentric force of the shaft. To make the rotation of the drum more stable, select high-quality bearings and bearing seats, equipped with a bearing inner diameter enlarger, and the bearings are hot-fitted. The bearing can be easily lowered and pushed to the bearing position to avoid damage to the bearing. After assembly, the dynamic balance test is carried out, and the accuracy reaches the G40 standard in GB/T9239.1-2006.
